miu miu channels marie antoinette

While we’re on the subject of beautiful Miu Miu, can we please talk about these Victorian slides from the luxury brand?  Is it just me or do these look a little Kirsten Dunst in Marie Antoinette or what?  They certainly signify everything that the Queen of France was infamous for; outrageous exploitation and sheer fabulousness!  Marie Antoinette was one of the first shoeaholics and so, of course, we love her!  We smile at the idea of a little scandal and these shoes could certainly get you into some trouble.  I imagine wearing these slides with my silk lingerie, like the 17-year-old socialites in Gossip Girl.  “Let them eat cake!”
